Signature Series (Unikat) Polish Stoneware

For centuries the old world technique of creating hand stamped designs has been passed down through generations. By carefully cutting nature inspired shapes from dried sea sponges, each artist applies their designs in a continuous stamping rhythm until each pattern layer is complete. Some brushwork is applied in the more complicated patterns such as Unikat, (Unique) or Signature Series.

Stoneware is safe for use in the oven, microwave and dishwasher.Impervious to abrasives. To maintain the longevity of stoneware, we suggest bringing stoneware to room temperature before placing in either the conventional or microwave oven, after removing from refrigerator. Place a small amount of water in baking piece when cooking chicken and higher fat foods. Enjoy
